Custom Fencing by Joshua Gunther is seeking motivated independent contractors to generate qualified fencing leads in our service area. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networking and communication skills who enjoy connecting with homeowners, and property owners.

This position is independent contractor based and offers flexible scheduling with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified residential and agricultural fencing leads
• Network within local communities and businesses
• Communicate professionally with potential customers
• Collect accurate customer and project information
• Submit completed lead intake forms
• Follow company standards for lead qualification
• Maintain professionalism representing the company

Qualified Lead Requirements

A lead is considered qualified when:

• The client owns the property or is authorized to approve work
• The client is actively seeking fencing services
• The project location is verified
• Valid customer contact information is provided
• Fence type and project scope are discussed
• Budget and timeline expectations are discussed
• The lead results in a completed estimate, invoice, signed agreement, and payment within 120 days of submission

Compensation

• Earn commission on approved and completed fencing projects generated from your leads
• Commission paid after customer payment is received
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to network and build relationships
• 3-5 Years Sales or marketing experience
• Must conduct business professionally and ethically
• Minimum High School Diploma Required
