Process Engineer
- Ensure EHS policies and procedures are followed and documented. This includes strict adherence to change management, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Develop processes and equipment with sustainability in mind supporting triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profit.
- Work with plant teams (Operations, Maintenance, Quality, etc.) as well as GCC Engineering resources across plants while developing best practices for continuous process and product improvements.
- Work with procurement to identify, select and manage outside contractors suited to perform required work. Ensure quality work is completed in a timely and safe manner by supervising contract workforce and performing housekeeping and safety inspections.
- Support the ISO quality system as required ensuring compliance to the ISO 9001 quality standard and all Quality Policies.
- Execute all Capital Projects in accordance with the HEM Capex procedures.
- Evaluate new processing and milling technologies.
- Design and conduct test programs for new or modified products.
- Provide Engineering support to customers.
