We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Fence Installer / Lead Contractor to join our growing fencing business. This role involves residential and agricultural fence installation, customer communication, crew leadership, and maintaining high-quality workmanship on every project.

Responsibilities

• Install wood, vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and agricultural fencing
• Read layouts and measure fence lines accurately
• Operate hand tools, augers, saws, and construction equipment safely
• Lead or assist crew members on job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Complete and follow project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications

• Previous fencing, construction, carpentry, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Equipment operation experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting posts and building gates
• Ability to read property lines and layouts
• Crew leadership experience
• Welding or fabrication experience (optional)
• Ability to successfully work on a team
