Amy Hendrian took ownership of Bailey’s Coffeehouse on January 1, 2019. With only a year of business under her belt before Covid hit and changed the restaurant business, she had to learn quickly how to think outside the box to overcome the many changing obstacles thrown at her daily. Shortly after Covid, Amy and her business partner went their separate ways, causing Amy to pivot once again into creating the business of her dreams from the ground up. Being resilient to change has helped Amy grow in confidence when it comes to decision making in her business which has brought her from “there to here” in growing a thriving business in our community.
