Tracy Kiefer, a lifelong Quincy resident, community advocate, and everyday example of unwavering resilience. From walking through ongoing medical challenges—including personal health battles and supporting loved ones through cancer—to showing up daily for her family and the youth at Quincy Neighborhood Federation, Tracy embodies what it means to rise again and again, even when life knocks you down.

Tracy humbly admits she “fails every day but continues to try”—and that persistent spirit is exactly what makes her story powerful. This session will encourage anyone who’s ever felt like giving up to dig deeper, hold on to purpose, and find strength in the struggle.
