WGEM is the home of news and entertainment programming for the 15 counties that comprise the Tri-State area of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. This region includes Quincy, Illinois, Hannibal, Missouri, and Keokuk, Iowa. WGEM-NBC broadcasts in full High Definition (HD) on 10.1. The station also provides programming from the CW network on 10.2, the FOX network on 10.3, and Me-TV on 10.4. WGEM also operates a full-power radio station, WGEM SportsRadio FM 105.1 which features ESPN syndicated radio, St. Louis Cardinals games, local high school basketball & football games, and QU Athletics (football, basketball).
