Since 1886, Cheerful Home has provided child care and early learning in our community for up to 176 children 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We are the only Quincy provider offering a sliding fee scale program to ensure low income families receive quality, affordable child care. Cheerful Home is a non-profit organization, the oldest licensed child care center in Illinois, the 15th oldest in the nation, and accredited by NAC and ExceleRate Illinois.
