Women Empowered Monthly Luncheon 2026 Theme: EMERGE|Leading with Purpose, Living in Power. Join Women Empowered for a transformational year as we explore what it truly means to EMERGE & rise with intention, lead with purpose, and live in your authentic power. Each month, we unpack a pillar of the EMERGE framework with empowering conversations, meaningful connections, and actionable insights to support your next-level growth. 

This month, we begin the EMERGE journey with Evaluate — a powerful pause to gain clarity, awareness, and alignment. Before growth, change, or transformation can happen, we must first understand where we are and what needs to shift. During this session, you will be guided through intentional reflection and honest evaluation to help you identify what’s working, what’s no longer serving you, and where you are being called to move next.

This month, we focus on MINDSET — the internal foundation that shapes how you think, lead, and grow. Your mindset determines what you believe is possible and how you respond to challenges and opportunities. 

Together, we will uncover limiting beliefs, shift our thinking, and build the confidence and clarity needed to move forward with intention. Because when your mindset expands, so does your capacity to lead, grow, and fully EMERGE.
